Pickup orders must wait for an alert notifying that the order is ready for pickup. 

Return Policy 

Pink Tree’s return policy is as follows (it is your responsibility as a consumer to be aware of store policy): 

The company allows 15 days after receiving the order for exchange or store credit. It is mandatory to possess and show the receipt of said purchase. Merchandise must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed. For swimwear, 15 days are given for any exchange or store credit. Discounted items are final sale and will not apply for change or store credit.  NO refund of money is made under any situation. This warranty does not affect the rights of the consumer.
